Troubleshooting: Refworks

For some reasons, RefWorks' Features cannot work properly.

 Here are few tips to resolve the problem:

1.  Make sure that you are going directly to https://refworks.proquest.com to access your account not through a library portal or VPN;

2. Make sure you are not blocking cookies or third-party cookies;

3. If you have an ad blocker added to your browser disable it;

4. Clear out your browser cache, offline files and cookies;

5. Close all browser windows and try again.

You cannot install write-N-cite? Try these tips.

1. Check your Microsoft Word version. Write-N-Cite is not compatible (Currently) with Word 2016 and above. 
2. For Word 2016 and above use RefWorks Citation Manager that allows you to install RefWorks directly into Microsoft Word via the Word Store.
